Store Closure (Aug 19-26th)

Hey everyone! 

Update: I caught up to as many switches as a possibly could. If your switch has not been marked as completed on the order tracker and you have not received a shipping email, then your order will be completed when I return. I have been working 12 hours a day trying to get as many done as possible. I appreciate everyone's patience!

I will be out of town for the dates of 8/19-8/26. No consoles will be worked on during these dates and no emails or messages will be replied to. 

Why is no one responding to my messages?

I am out of town on a family vacation and will be spending time with my family. I run everything in the business myself, including reddit, email, shipping, receiving, etc. I will respond to all inquiries and questions in the order received when I return. 

Can I place an order still? 

Yes! Online orders will still function normally.

I shipped my console and it should arrive during those dates, should I be worried?

No! All packages will still be received and stored by my secured postal annex, with 24/7 surveillance. I will collect all packages when I return and begin completing them in the order they arrived. 

How much will this delay my order?

It likely won't delay it for more that a day or two beyond my standard quote time. Here is why: I am catching up on as many orders as possible that arrive up until 8/18. when I return I will complete them in the order received. So while no progress will be made while I am gone, I will still aim for keeping orders complete in under the 10 day standard timeline. 

My package's tracking says it was delivered but I get an error when I try to check the status with my order number. Did it get lost?

Don't worry, your package is safe and sound. I update a spreadsheet with order numbers manually when I collect the packages in person from my postal annex. A family member is collecting them while I am gone and they will not be updating the spreadsheet. When I return I will update all orders in the order they were received and you will be able to see your place in queue then.
