Process Overview

Installation into your own console

You ship the package to our address (to minimize spam, you can contact us on our contact page, text our phone number, or if we reached out on reddit you can get it from us there)

We complete the service in 1-5 business days

We will send you a video with your serial number of it working along with pictures of the install and switch

You provide payment 

 

We ship out same or next business day! 

 

Shipping Recommendations

1. Find a sturdy box roughly the size of the tablet only (you can reuse Amazon or other boxes)

Optional but recommended- Wrap something soft around the screen to prevent scratches to the screen (microfiber cloth, soft wrapping foam, or other non abrasive cloth)

2. Wrap the switch tablet in at least 1 layer of bubble wrap (you can reuse any bubble wrap you have)

3.  Pack the remainder of the box with packing paper, crumpled newspaper, or crumpled paper grocery bags. 

4.  Close the box and tape shut using packing tape

Note: The contents should not shift when the box is shaken and you should be able to drop the package from shoulder height without fear of damage.

Weigh the package using a kitchen scale or shipping scale 

Purchase a label from PirateShip.com (usually at least 30% less)

Print the label and tape to the package, securing all sides

Drop it off at any USPS location (you can use the package drop off you don't have to wait in line)

Bring the closed box to any UPS or USPS location along

Provide the service with our shipping address and ship using your chosen speed.
