How to Ship Your Nintendo Switch Console for Customization

Before You Ship

What to Include

• Your Nintendo Switch console only (remove all accessories, games, and SD cards)
• Contact information sheet with:
  • Your full name
    
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Brief description of requested customization

What NOT to Include

• Joy-Con controllers (unless specifically requested for customization)
• SD Cards (unless you want software set up)
• Charging cables or dock
• Game cartridges
• Screen protectors or cases
• Any personal accessories

Packaging Instructions

Materials You'll Need

• Small cardboard box (sized to fit wrapped console snugly)
• Bubble wrap, packing paper, or newspaper/grocerybags
• Packing tape
• Shipping label

Step-by-Step Packing Process

1. Prepare the Console
   • Power off your Nintendo Switch completely
   • You DO NOT need to wipe your console or do any prep
   • If your console is new you can set up the initial set up or send it as is
2. Wrap the Console
   • Wrap your Switch in bubble wrap or packing paper
   • Create a firm protective layer approximately as thick as the console itself
   • Secure with tape, ensuring the wrapping won't come loose
3. Choose the Right Box
   • Use a small box that fits the wrapped console snugly
   • The box should be just large enough for the wrapped console with minimal extra space
4. Add Your Information Sheet
   • Place your contact information and order details in the box with the console
5. Seal the Box
   • Pack any remaining space with foam, bubble wrap, packing paper, or grocery bags so that the console does not shift around in the box
   • Close the box and seal all edges with packing tape
