Basic Operation

Turn on the console with the power button while the sd card is inserted.

This will bring up the following screen

Press "Launch" and you will be presented with 3 options:

SYSMMC Semi-Stock (pink)

This if for loading the official firmware on your system (OFW sysMMC) and it will function like a normal switch.

You can: play games you own including online, use Nintendo Switch Online services. This includes updating like usual. Make sure you check the updating info before updating!

SYSMMC CFW (Blue)

Caution: Doing something you aren't sure of can get you banned. Only use this if you know what you are doing. If you install any games or homebrew to the homescreen you could be banned!

This will load Custom Firmware (CFW) on your system.

You can: Backup saves, remove linked profiles, delete pending updates, fix fuse errors

EMUMMC CFW

This will load CFW on a copy of your system located on your sd card (EmuMMC). If it was installed by us, then we set it up to block Nintendo's servers so it is safe to use Wi-Fi. Whatever you do on here will not effect your sysMMC.

You can: Download games, install emulators, load mods for games, run cheats, etc.

I'm Getting an Error Code When I Launch Any App!

If you had a Nintendo account linked to your profile, this is normal! To fix this:

1. Select the photo album from the home menu
2. Open Linkhalo
   
3. Select "link selected accounts"
4. click reboot

If you get a blue screen error, that's normal. Just reset your console and it should be solved!

Games I Had Installed on the OFW won't load on the emummc

 

When you make an emummc everything gets copied, except what was stored on the sd card. You must either: reinstall your games on the emummmc, or if you backed up your "Nintendo" folder before sending your switch then you can copy your "Nintendo folder to "SD:/Emummc/RAW1
